Payment of Fees:

We expect your co-operation to ensure the smooth running of school operations. Towards this end, the payment of school fees in a timely manner would help us run things in a smooth manner. We have tried to come up with solutions for fee payment and now provide you with the following options:

1. Fee Challan SBI

   The fees for your child are now payable through a three part fee challan. This challan will be sent with your child in the beginning ot the session with requisite details like fees to be paid, due date, bank account number, etc. The challan can be used to make payment of fees at any of the SBI commercial banking branches in Pune. The payment can be made by cash, cheque or DD. The charges for payment by cash will be INR 50/- which will be collected by the bank while payment by DD/cheque is free of charge. Cheque/DD has to be drawn in favour of "Sanskriti School, Pune" payable in Pune. Please write the student's name, class & roll no. on the reverse side of the Cheque. You are requested to note the journal number for future reference. The branch collection agent will collect the bank copy and keep it with them and return the other two copies. One of the copies is for the school which should be sent to us through your child. The parent's copy of the challan will be a receipt for payment made. These three challans will be authorized by the collecting SBI Branch.

2. Online payment

   We also have a facility of online payment that can be made for each and every transaction. The payments should be credited to State Bank of India, Bavdhan Branch. Account number is 31098670028. Please make sure that you enter the following details in remarks field in the following order: Class/Division/Roll_Number/Name.  For example for Class I, Division B, Roll No. 12 and Name as Akash Malhotra, you will have to mention: I/B/12/Akash Malhotra. Please note the transaction id for future reference.

   If fees are not paid in time, a fine of INR 100/- per day will be levied. Please note that fees will not be collected at school premises henceforth and we would request you to clarify any doubts you have by calling us on 020-32915541 or 9881900350. In case of online payment please send an email to the school with your child's name, class and transaction number and details promptly to help us upgrade our fee records.

PLEASE NOTE: :

• Tuition and transport fees must be paid for all the 12 months.
• Fees have to be paid on quarterly basis. In case you wish to, you can pay the fees for one term or the entire session at a time.
• The fees for the first quarter [April - June] must be paid before the end of the ongoing academic session by March 30. Fees and transport charges need to be paid either by demand draft (In favour of Sanskriti School, Pune payable at Pune) or by cash.
• The schedule for payment of fees is as follows:

• In case fees are not paid by the due dates a fine of Rs.100 per day will be charged for tuition fees and Rs.50 per day for transport fees.
• Fees once paid are not refundable or transferable.
• NO REMINDERS WIL BE SENT FOR PAYEMNT OF FEES
