*All participants must carry their valid School I Card which must be shown at the registration desk. However there must be no display of the school name. In case there is no Identity Card, the candidate must carry a letter on the school letter head, signed by the Head of the School, confirming his / her participation.

*Participants and accompanying teachers are requested to carry their lunch. Light snacks will be provided.

*The participants must report to the school in CASUAL CLOTHES. School Uniform, Shorts, Skirts and Chappals are strictly not permitted. Attire should be decent and comfortable.

*Participation certificates will be handed over to the Teacher accompanying the Participants.

* Speakers will not be allowed to read out from prepared texts and if found to do so, they will be penalized by the judges appropriately.
