At Sanskriti, we believe that the role of a teacher extends far beyond delivering subjects. A teacher helps shape the emotional environment of a classroom. A teacher helps children grow into calm, confident and secure individuals.

The Teach for Sanskriti Fellowship is a 1-year (extendable) immersive program for young individuals who wish to contribute meaningfully to the lives of children through education and human development.

It is with this intention that we are introducing the Teach for Sanskriti Fellowship – a 1-year (extendable) immersive program for young individuals who wish to contribute to the lives of children through education and human development.

The fellowship is designed to prepare future educators through

immersive classroom experience

mentorship from experienced teachers and school leaders

training in communication, emotional intelligence and classroom leadership

opportunities for personal and professional growth

This is not simply a conventional teaching role. It is a formative journey for individuals who wish to build meaningful classrooms and positively shape the next generation.

The fellowship is open to graduates and young individuals from diverse backgrounds who demonstrate warmth, sincerity, openness to learning and a genuine interest in working with children.
At the end of the fellowship, participants who demonstrate alignment with Sanskriti’s values and educational philosophy may have the opportunity to continue as full-time educators within the system.

We believe that strong schools are built not only through infrastructure and academics, but through the quality of human relationships children experience every day. Teach for Sanskriti is an effort to nurture educators who can carry this responsibility with clarity, warmth and integrity.
